Plan A: We use strategy and brand equity as a basis of cooperation. Through our full range of services including brand building, brand development and communication, brand distribution, brand incubation, and other projects to help brands achieve long-term core competitiveness and value in China, in order to achieve sales, image, and corporate strategy of a win-win situation.

Plan B:针对一些客户品牌对中国是有认知、且感兴趣在中国本土上进行品牌传播和销售,可惜并不具备专业的团队以及完整落地的思维格局。故此双方合作的基础是在于一个项目的基础上,我们会选择其中一个电商,分销或是零售的渠道帮助客户直接进入中国以及销售。以项目形式来合作,客户短期内可以快速测试市场并且获得短期的销售结果。例如我们有代参展的服务,专业推荐客户参加一个中国国家级别的展览,我们团队会派出售前售后的专业人员为贵公司去进行销售,以及搭建摊位,基础设计等我们都会协助进行,在此过程中客户只需要好好协调也无需亲自在现场,是一个在covid当中比较合适的合作方案。每个展览的专业供应链参加人士不少于十万人。
Plan B 也有关于其它渠道的合作,具体我们需要详谈。
Plan B: For some clients who have knowledge of China and are interested in brand communication and sales in China, but unfortunately do not have a professional team and a complete strategic mindset. Therefore, the basis of cooperation is based on a project base between us, we will choose one of the e-commerce, distribution, or retail channels to help customers enter China directly and sales oriented. By working together on a project basis, the client can quickly test the market and get short-term sales results. For example, we have the service of exhibiting on behalf of our clients, professionally recommending our clients to participate in a national-level exhibition in China, our team will attend and be responsible for the pre-sales and post-sales activities to sell for your company, as well as set up booths, basic design, etc. We will assist in the process, the client only needs to coordinate well and does not need to be personally on site, which is a more suitable cooperation solution in covid. Each exhibition has a professional supply chain of at least 100,000 attendees.

Plan C:针对一些中小型企业,在有限的营运资金内,可以透过我们快速打开中国分销市场。我们经过20年的沉淀已获得完整的零售和分销供应链体系,数目超过5000个公对公的联系。大部分我们是总裁与总裁之间直接对接,是从上而下的一个渠道影响力,为我们的精选客户提供直接的品牌管理以及销售的途径。
Plan C: For some small and medium-sized enterprises, with limited working capital, can quickly open the distribution market in China through us. We have acquired a complete retail and distribution supply chain system after 20 years of experience, with over 5,000 business-to-business contacts. Most of them are direct-to-CEO, a top-down channel of influence that provides direct brand management and sales access to our select customers.

品牌孵化:兰轩与中国管理规模最大的顶级风险投资机构合作,为优质品牌提供全方位的孵化服务;同时,与新兴的线下消费品集合店H.E.A.T Xi Ran、HARMAY huamei、THE COLORIST colorist等合作,共计100多家,平均每家店的月销售额为2000万人民币以上。和我们精选和长期合作的客户,如果在国外的品牌资产价值已经有一定的程度,或是在中国本土销售额已经有所成就,我们会考虑孵化和股权合作,为品牌方提供资本和渠道战略术的深根支持。
Brand incubation: LX cooperates with the top venture capital institution with the largest management scale in China to provide comprehensive incubation services for quality brands; meanwhile, it cooperates with emerging offline consumer goods collection stores H.E.A.T Xi Ran, HARMONY, Huamei, THE COLORIST, etc., totaling more than 100 stores, with the average monthly sales of each store being more than 20 million RMB. We will consider incubation and equity cooperation with our selected and long-term cooperation clients, if they already have a certain degree of brand equity value abroad or have already achieved local sales in China, to provide deep-rooted support for the brand side in terms of capital and channel strategy.
