在担任茶花泽的首席执行官之前,程先生是多家公司的董事、创始人和合伙人。在国家绿色基金管理、品牌管理、金融科技区块链开发、绿色和可持续慈善事业方面均有建树。他于2010成立香港影响力教育基金会,并至今与多家國際和中方的慈善機構合作。基金会提倡人力资本和自然资本,在各企业平台宣扬多样性和包容的思维。我们培养后代的创造力,生态共存体的未来。

我们高管和创始人与品牌管理和时尚有深厚的渊源。其家族成员在迪赛集团担任高管,在中国已开展超过16年的奢侈品橱窗设计和落地。团队有丰富的品牌和渠道资源。随着对时尚的理解不断深化,我们在香港成立的时候已通过品牌展厅来协助国际大牌进入香港和内陆的商场体系。目睹时代的变迁以及电子营销的变革,兰轩深知,除了品牌管理,品牌孵化是打造长期核心竞争力的不可或缺的关键一环。

近年来,程先生致力于推动绿色未来和企业转型,并获得国家绿色金融公司举荐并担任应绿色金融首席顾问,程先生应邀参与会议和中国国务院的项目。程先生曾在多个盈利和非盈利董事会任职,并为多个组织提供咨询,比如日本的金融科技公司、新加坡的资产管理公司、欧洲的绿色投资平台、哈佛商学院、联合国的可持续教育中心等等。

​​不仅如此,经过十多年的筹备工作,兰轩打造了一支在中国时尚行业具有丰富经验的团队,尤其吸收了许多零售和分销专业人才。这为我们提供了成熟的分销渠道,引领中国KOL和名人经济。同时拥有自己的奢侈品代工厂,构建了完整的供应链。

“Impact” is what I am seeking for making ordinary people do the impossible. Mr. Ching was known as one of the most Impact philanthropists in the 21st Century, by US-China foundation. Mr. Ching a continuous entrepreneur and life educator for 10+ years. Mr. Ching is the CEO and Founding Partner of Chahuaze. Our technology (Biotech) was founded in 1985 with the mission of integrating green living- green future & green investment. We into the culture and strategy of international green business and investment companies. Mr. Ching has been instrumental in championing the Sustainable and IMPACT investment dedicated to solving social issues.

 

Mr. Ching is the CEO, Director, Founder, and Partner prior to Chahuaze, Mr. Ching had an extensive career in National Green fund management, Brand management (Green biotech product), Fintech Blockchain development, Green and sustainable philanthropy. He founded the first impact education foundation in Hong Kong, EOFF in 2010, and has cooperated with multiple international and Chinese charity organizations to this day. A foundation addressing Human capital and diversity and inclusion as a message to the business community. We emancipate the needy in China and nurture the creativity of future generations with mutual respect.

Our executives and founders have decades of experience in brand management and fashion. Some had served as executives in DIESEL group and had already been cooperating with multiple luxury groups in China for over 16 years. With this experience, we came together to set up the best brand resources and channels for our clients. With a deep understanding of the fashion industry, we started in Hongkong by assting international brands in entering the shopping mall system both in Hong Kong and inland through brand exhibition halls. Witnessing the changes of the times and the changes of E-marketing, We understand that in addition to brand management, brand incubation is an indispensable key link to build long-term competitiveness.

Mr. Ching was invited at the request of Natural Step, a leading advisor on Green Finance for the Chinese National corporate sector attended by the State Council of China. Mr. Ching has served on various profit and nonprofit boards and advises various organizations, i.e. Japanese Fintech company, Singapore Asset Management Ltd, Green investment platform in Europe, Harvard business school, The United Nations Centre for sustainable education, etc.

Moreover, after more than ten years of preparatory work, we have built a team with rich experience in China's fashion industry, especially absorbing many retail and distribution professionals. This provides us with mature distribution channels and leads China's KOL and celebrity economy. At the same time, we have its own luxury OEM and built a complete supply chain.
